*The rules apply to both paper and electronic certificates and cards.
Rules for using Gift Cards
1. When you purchase a gift card for SPA services\amount, you confirm that you agree with the terms of the Public Offer Agreement and the Rules for using Joy Spa Gift Cards and deposit Cards.
2. The amount of money deposited is an advance payment for SPA services indicated on the gift card.
3. The gift card is used as payment for the service and is presented to the administrator before using it.
4. The gift card is not personalized, and can be used by both the Buyer and transferred to third parties – Holders. The Buyer shall notify the Holder about these terms of gift card use.
5. The gift card is valid for six months from the date of purchase and up to the date indicated on the card.
6. Once the validity period expires, the card becomes invalid, card is nonrefundable.
7. In order to use the Salon service, it is necessary to make a reservation of time and type of service, indicating the type of certificate/card, its number, name and phone number of the Holder.
8. In case of being late for the service by more than 10 minutes, the duration of the service may be reduced. In case of being late for the service for more than 15 minutes, and it is impossible to contact the Holder of the card who made the reservation, the Salon is entitled to cancel the visit and accept another Client.
9. The certificate Holder is provided with the service specified in the card. The card Holder is entitled to choose the service from the SPA price list. If the amount of the card is less than the amount of the service chosen, the card Holder shall make the necessary additional payment. If the cost of the service chosen is less than the cost of the card, the cost of the service is debited from the card, and the remainder can be used for Salon services until the card expires. The remainder from the gift card is not refundable. The card is not refundable.
10. The gift card cannot be returned or exchanged. In case of loss, theft or damage, the card is not restored. Funds are not refundable.
Rules for using Club Card
1. When you purchase a Joy Spa Gold or Silver Club Membership Card for SPA services, you confirm that you agree with the terms of the Public Offer Agreement, the Rules for using Joy Spa Club Membership Cards and the Rules for Visiting the Joy Spa Salon.
2. The amount deposited is an advance payment for SPA services. Gold Club Membership Card with a required advance payment of 2,000.00 (two thousand) Belarusian roubles ensures you 20% discount on all SPA services, Silver Club Membership Card with a required advance payment of 1,000.00 (one thousand) Belarusian roubles ensures you 10% discount on all SPA services within the Card validity period.
3. The Club Membership Card can be replenished. The top-up amount is equal to the amount of the required advance payment. Its validity period is extended by one year from the date of the Card replenishment.
4. The Club Card is not personalized, and can be used by both the Buyer and transferred to third parties – Holders. The Buyer shall notify the Holder about these terms of the Club Card use.
5. When purchasing the card, the Buyer/Holder can leave their contact details in case of additional informing the card Holder about changes in the Salon work. The Salon shall keep any personal information of the Buyer/card Holder confidential.
6. The Club Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and up to the date indicated on the card.
7. The validity period of the card can be extended during its validity period upon written application of the card Holder for a period less than six months.
8. Once the validity period expires, the card becomes invalid without any compensation to the Holder or the Buyer.
9. The amount of money deposited is a one-time prepayment for SPA services and can be spent on SPA treatments, SPA programs and SPA complexes according to the Salon current price list.
10. Payment for procedures is made by debiting funds from the advance payment, taking into account the discount corresponding to the type of card.
11. The discount can be increased subject to current promos indicating special conditions for the Club Cards Holders.
12. If the amount remaining on the card does not cover the cost of the service, the card Holder shall be entitled to pay the difference in price only once, while maintaining the discount corresponding to the card type.
13. Funds are debited upon presentation of the card.
14. The card Holder confirms funds debiting for each service by signing the card maintenance form.
15. At the first visit, the card Holder shall fill in the VIP-guest questionnaire indicating the phone number and the date of birth pf the Holder.
16. The card can be presented by third parties with the consent of its Holder, which can be verified by the administrator by calling the card Holder.
17. If the card Holder fails to apply in writing for the card renewal before its validity period expiration, the card becomes invalid upon its validity period expiration, the funds will not be returned.
18. The card cannot be returned or exchanged. In case of loss, theft or damage, the card is not restored. Funds are not refundable.

21. The funds in the Client’s deposit account can only be spent to pay for the services provided by the Joy Massage Salon and cannot be used for other purposes.
22. The SPA Salon renders only services indicated in the current price list. The Salon does not render medical, intimate and other services.
23. In case of any contraindications to the procedures, the Salon is entitled to refuse to render the service.
