Delivery:
1. The E-certificate is sent to the e-mail specified upon order placement.
2. You can get a paper certificate in the designed envelope or cosmetics goods after payment at the address of the Salon: Minsk, Krasnoarmeyskaya Street 36. We works daily from 11 a.m. till 11 p.m.
The procedure takes only a few minutes.
3. You can also order delivery for the goods or paper certificates during purchase procedure on the website.
4. Delivery is only available in Minsk and Minsk region. Cost of delivery: order up to 200.00 BYN within the Minsk Ring Road – 10 BYN, order for more than 200.00 BYN – delivery is free. When delivering outside the Minsk Ring Road, the cost of delivery is 20 BYN. Delivery is charged online while proceeding the order.
5. After you ordered delivery service our manager will contact you for details. Your order will be delivered within 1-2 days after payment. The delivery man can stay at the delivery address no longer than 15 min. It the receiver was absent at the ordered time at the place, your order will be returned to the Salon, the delivery service is considered to be properly provided.
Payment:
1. You can purchase a gift card or a club card in paper or electronic form. You can order the paper version in the Salon by paying for it in cash or by credit card. Issuing an electronic certificate saves you time and protects the environment!
2. For paying online you need
- Select the certificate/card/product, add it to the cart.
- Go to the cart, specify the delivery conditions and contact information, click “Pay”.
- You will be redirected to the Webpay server, where you need to select the type of your card from the list provided;
- Fill in all the required fields of the card details;
- Enter your e-mail to receive a message about payment acceptance by the WEBPAY™ system, and a phone number so that technical support staff can quickly contact you, if necessary.
- Pay for the certificate by passing the payment security check.
- The E-gift card is sent to the e-mail specified upon order placement.
3. Payment for an electronic gift card or goods is made on the salon website by a bank payment card through the WebPay system (www.webpay.by). VISA, MasterCard, BELKART cards with CVC code are accepted for payment
4. A secure WEBPAY server provides an encrypted connection using a secure TLS protocol. WEBPAY garantees confidential receivement of the client data and his payment card (card number, holder’s name, expiration date, and control number of the CVC / CVC2 bank card).
5. Please, save you checks after payment (payment confirmation) to confirm you bank card was charged correctly and prove your payment if needed.
6. If you haven’t received your order, please, call to a technical support +375291058686 or send an email to the address info.joysalon@mail.ru.
7. In case of an error in your payment transaction, please, ask a technical support by written application on the address info.joysalon@mail.ru and attach checks/receipts confirming the erroneous write-off.

Additional information
The validity of the invitation certificate/gift card is 6 months, the club card is valid for 1 year, starting from the date of purchase. Certificate/card that has not been used or not fully used before the period indicated on it is not accepted for payment, cannot be exchanged or returned, money is not returned.
In case of loss, theft, damage of the certificate/card, which does not allow its identification, the certificate is not restored, cannot be exchanged for a new one, money is not returned.
When paying for a purchase using a printed certificate/card, you should have the original document with you in order to give it to the courier or cashier as a means of payment for the service/product.
