SPA Etiquette

  1. Advance reservation:

It is possible to reserve the time in our Salon both in advance and on the same day. For your convenience, we recommend to reserve the SPA procedure 2-3 days before the visit, so that we may meet your scheduling requests.

Make an appointment by calling +375333936888 or via the Hotel’s SPA center +375173297777, social networks or in the salon reception area.

  1. Come in advance:

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you time to park your car, check-in at the Spa reception desk, complete guest’s form, familiarize yourself with contraindications and choose a SPA treatment.

  1. Cancellations or Modifications:

If for some reason you cannot come to the procedure, please inform us in advance. We will help you to reschedule your visit.

  1. Being late:

If for any reason a client may be late, the time they pay for starts at the scheduled appointment time and still ends at the scheduled appointment time. If for any reason the client is late, they will not be able to receive their full service and will still be accountable for paying full price. Another type of SPA treatment may also be offered for a shorter period of time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will offer a shorter procedure or we will be forced to cancel the service.

  1. Hygiene and disposable supplies:

You can take a shower in the spa room for 5-10 minutes before or after your massage. We provide shower gel and bath accessories.

Before the massage, we suggest that the guest change into clean clothes: for oil procedures – in disposable underwear, for procedures without oil – in a clean cotton suit. We also provide disposable slippers and other disposable accessories. If your personal items, as opposed to the offered disposables, psychologically help you to relax better and feel more comfortable during the procedure, you can bring your own bathing accessories.

All surfaces are treated with disinfectants, and there are antiseptic dispensers at the reception and in the bathroom of each spa room.

Please use a mask when visiting the Salon.

  1. Contraindications:

Before rendering SPA services, the administrator suggests that you familiarize yourself with medical contraindications and sign a document – written consent on the procedure.

If you feel unwell or have signs of a cold, we ask you to refrain from visiting the Salon. We recommend waiting until you feel better, our administrators will help you reschedule the visit.

Spa reserves the right to refuse service if treatment may be harmful to the client.

  1. Preparing for SPA treatments:

It’s preferable to eat at least one hour in advance of your massage or, if you’re afraid you’ll get hungry, eat a fruit or other food that’s easy to digest.

Be sure to remove chains, rings and other jewelry before your treatment starts to avoid injury.

Take shower in the SPA room, if needed.

Communicate your Needs:

Notify the therapist of any changes in your health condition and any current discomfort. Please, feel free to tell your therapist about this.

  1. Cell Phones:

We are maintaining a calm and quiet atmosphere for you and other visitors who may already be on the procedure. Therefore, We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.

  1. Rest after the procedure:

After the treatment, you can rest in the SPA room or relaxation room for 10-15 minutes. You will be offered tea or water to normalize blood pressure and restore water balance. The relaxation room is equipped with comfortable armchairs and a video projector.

Leaving a tip is always at your discretion.  It is not included in your cost of service, and you are welcome to show your appreciation to your therapist by leaving a tip in cash

  1. Service refusal:

We do not render services to visitors who are intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, have mental disorders, and we also reserve the right to refuse to render a service to a guest with obvious symptoms of a cold.

Smoking is prohibited in our center.

Intimate services are not rendered in the Salon.
